• You’ll then be prompted to reserve your class.
• Arrive a few minutes early and check in digitally at the front desk.
• Say hello to your coach in a red shirt and jump into the workout.
Our classes are coach-led and designed for all fitness levels. Each class includes a warm-up, movement instruction, the workout of the day, and time to cool down. Our coaches will help scale movements or weights as needed so you can train safely and get a great workout. If it’s your first time visiting us, just introduce yourself to the coach when you arrive and we’ll take care of the rest.
CrossFit or general fitness experience is recommended, but our coaches can help modify movements so you can train safely and have a great experience.
