This program is designed for athletes who want to build serious strength and refine their technique — whether you're a dedicated lifter or a CrossFit athlete looking to sharpen your barbell work.
Athletes develop mastery in both powerlifting and Olympic weightlifting movements, increasing absolute strength, explosive power, and overall athleticism. We focus on mechanics, bar path, positioning, and intentional tempo so every rep builds skill — not just fatigue.
This class is offered twice per week and follows structured strength programming built around progressive overload, technical refinement, and measurable progress. Sessions include primary lifts along with accessory work that supports durability, balance, and long-term performance.
